Nicole. That’s me. Not much else to say. I read, write, crochet, attempt to knit, and am currently trying to shrink myself.
Over the last 2 years I’ve lost 50+ pounds through walking/running and being more conscious of what I eat. No special diets, expensive programs. Just moving more and eating right.
But don’t get confused, I’m still a very sedentary person. I love to read, watch movies, and craft.
